1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BestBet9 — whether through the website, the Android app, the iOS PWA or any other platform interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BestBet9.

BestBet9 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted one account on BestBet9. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, or subsequently updating your profile with inaccurate details, is prohibited.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password or OTP codes with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact BestBet9 support immediately.
• BestBet9 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their account.
• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant. Any applicable dormancy policy will be communicated to the account holder in advance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on BestBet9 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and eligible debit or credit cards. BestBet9 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your BestBet9 account once confirmed by the relevant payment network. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically reflected quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. BestBet9 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. VIP account holders benefit from priority withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.

• Funds deposited must be your own — using payment methods belonging to other individuals is not permitted.
• BestBet9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account reviewed.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a pending period during which the request can be cancelled by the player. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
• BestBet9 reserves the right to perform additional checks on transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity before releasing funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

BestBet9 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers and other time-limited promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated when the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Claiming multiple accounts to access the same bonus multiple times is not permitted.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings will be removed from the account.

6 Betting Rules

The BestBet9 sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sports markets. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published within the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of any subsequent market movement.
• BestBet9 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion. This includes but is not limited to: bets placed on clearly incorrect odds caused by a pricing error, bets that exceed account betting limits, or bets that indicate suspicious activity.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay during which the platform reserves the right to reject the bet if the match situation changes materially before confirmation. Confirmed in-play bets will be honoured.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BestBet9. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account, regardless of the reason or method used.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Placing bets using funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any bug discovered must be reported to support immediately and must not be used to generate winnings.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any area of the platform you are not authorised to access.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any communication with BestBet9 support.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

BestBet9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to the activities listed in Section 8.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide relevant information within a reasonable timeframe.
• If an account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not connected to a violation may be returned at BestBet9's discretion following a review.

• BestBet9's liability is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the time of any incident. BestBet9 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.
• BestBet9 is not responsible for any losses resulting from the player's failure to log out of a shared device, failure to keep login credentials secure, or failure to follow reasonable security practices.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the platform following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
